I don't recommend XOUXOU because I bought a Black Silicone Case for an iPhone 11 Pro Max with 1 lanyard and a black modular rope and the black silicone case broke in the 1st week of using it. I wrote an e-mail to Xouxou Support and they sent me another silicone case but it broke again a few days later.... I spent more than 90euros in total and could not use it. I do not know if this is the silicone case or the lanyards that caused the damage, but zero quality... Very frustrated and disappointed...

I LOVE this company!! Their products are beautiful and so, so practical, but - more than anything - they have the best customer service I've ever encountered!
If you have a problem with your product, don't write a negative review - just contact them, and they'll solve it for you! Designing a product that'll last and look good with prolonged everyday use isn't easy, and they are constantly improving their products.
This year, I gifted phone cases and lanyards (I prefer the lanyards because they are detachable) to both my mum and my 92-year-old (still super fresh and stylish) aunt, and they absolutely loved them!! My sister spent the rest of the evening talking about how much she wanted one too, so now I've bought her a set for her birthday :-)
The products are not cheap, but, for something you use so much, I think it's fair. And, again, I feel happy and confident shopping with XOUXOU because I know that, if I ever have a problem, they'll be there to sort it out. Thanks, XOUXOU!! :-)

Good quality cross body iPhone cases. Product looks like advertised. The standard post shipment takes somewhat longer so make sure to order in time for Christmas.
